5th International Tunnelforum in Leipzig, Germany
Under the topic „Safety and operational activities during large-scale emergencies in tunnels and underground traffic systems“, Dräger is organising the 5th International Tunnelforum, which will take place at the Congress Centre Leipzig (CCL) on September 4th and 5th, 2013. The Dräger Tunnelforum has been held at irregular intervals since 2001 and has become a popular business meeting.
The event comprises lectures by international experts and discussions on the focus topics
Safety in planning, constructing and operating underground traffic systems
Operational tactics and activities in underground traffic systems
Medical care during large-scale emergencies – MCI
A special highlight will be a live broadcast to the CCL of the Leipzig Fire Brigade and the city emergency services performing a full-scale fire drill at the Leipzig City Tunnel. In a panel discussion, the participants will then analyse the event and visit the scenes of the fire drill outside the City Tunnel building site.
The participation fee for both event days is € 295 plus VAT, including catering and evening event.
