Systemair further develops “R+D“ for Axial Fans at Boxberg-Windischbuch/D Location

With a 4.5 million investment Systemair – which claims to be the leading manufacturer of products and systems for comfort and safety ventilation – has further developed the significance of its German location at Boxberg-Windischbuch: In barely a year of construction a highly-modern centre for research and development (R+D) along with an almost 3,000 m² large production plant and warehouse was set up there. The centre is provided with in each case 2 suction-side chamber and pipe test stands by means of which all conventional roof, duct and box fans as well as especially powerful axial fans – for instance for application in tunnels – can be tested. Systemair’s new R+D centre is reputed to be one of the leading facilities of kind for industrial fan systems in Europe and worldwide within the company itself.
