Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Hartwig Beiche, former Head of the Technical Department, Head of the Civil Engineering Office and first Operations Manager of the municipal drainage operations Stuttgart, passed away on 25 May 2021.
The ties between the city of Stuttgart and STUVA have been particularly close since the earliest beginnings of light rail construction in Germany.
