MBCC Group to Acquire TPH Bausysteme and Bluey Technologies

MBCC Group, one of the leading suppliers of construction chemicals and solutions worldwide, and TPH Bausysteme GmbH signed a purchase agreement for the acquisition of TPH by MBCC Group in March 2021. We are very much looking forward to working with our colleagues in over 60 countries. Together we will be able to achieve a lot in the future.”
