 Cutting wheel type DMW 220 from Kemroc with two lateral, high-torque hydraulic motors on a tunnel excavator from Fischer Weilheim GmbH. The company has been using this combination since June 2020 for the partial demolition of a Stuttgart city railway tunnel. In this innovative, efficient tunnel demolition method, the concrete walls are cut into individual segments with the cutting wheel, then torn down and processed (see article on page 50).
