Workshop for Tunnel Operators

As was reported in tunnel 6/2012 (September issue), a Workshop for Tunnel Operators was held at the Federal Highway Research Institute (BASt) in Bergisch Gladbach/D on November 20, 2012 within the scope of the ESIMAS research project. It bore the title Exchange of Experience – User Requirements on an Expert System for Tunnel Control Centres”. Altogether 25 experts from the field of tunnel monitoring took part, tunnel operators as well as tunnel managers and safety officers.
